We participated in the “Business Leaders Summit” sponsored by the Government of the Basque State in Spain.

At the Business Leaders Summit hosted by the government of the Basque State in Spain held in Tokyo on October 16^th, we presented our activities together with Euskalforging (Spain) who is our supply chain partner of flanges for offshore wind turbines.

The Basque State is internationally well known as an advanced industrial region. Especially in the field of renewable energy, the companies located in Basque State are able to cover the entire value chain by themselves.

Euskalforging, who has three bases in Basque area, is a top supplier of ultra-large diameter ring products. We have built an alliance for the collaboration with Euskalforging, and  already delivered products for oil & gas markets through our supply chain.

At this summit, we made a joint presentation regarding our existing collaboration activities as well as our initiatives to build a supply chain of large diameter flanges for offshore wind turbines.
