Information security policy

Shimoda Iron Works Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, “our company”) has formulated an “Information Security Policy” to gain the trust of customers and society by taking measures against the risk of information leakage in smoothly carrying out business activities. In the future, we will comply with this “Information Security Policy” and the separate “Personal Information Protection Policy (Privacy Policy)” and strive to maintain information security.

1.Establishment of an information security management system

We will establish a system to protect and manage the information assets held by our company, and promote information security management by establishing various regulations based on this policy.

2.Assignment of an information security manager

We will appoint a manager for information security and comply with information security management.

3.Compliance with laws and regulations

We will comply with various laws and regulations related to information security, and related regulations.

4.Education and training

We will conduct educational activities for officers, employees, etc. with the aim of addressing and improving information security, and will thoroughly publicize this code.

5.Responding to and preventing accidents

We will strive to prevent information security accidents, and in the event that an accident does occur, we will take emergency measures to minimize losses, investigate the cause, and strive to prevent recurrence.
