Shimoda Flange has been supplying a variety of fittings and forgings.

Forged flange<br>Flanges are used for connections between pipes or connections with nozzles, valves or various gauges such as thermometers, flowmeters or liquid level indicators. Blind flanges are used to close the end of pipes.

Lateral piece<br>This fitting is used for high pressure and high temperature piping. Since it is finished from a solid forging, it has superior strength and life span due to the non-welding procedure.

A large valve body (Semi-finished)<br>The whole valve is machined from a solid forged block.

Saddle type nozzle<br>This nozzle is fitted on the cylindrical surface of the pressure vessel. It has “3-Dimensional beveling” along the curved surface.

Solid T-piece with flange<br>This is a solid product including the flange. Since it is finished from a solid forging, it has superior strength and corrosion resistance due to the non-welding procedure.

Reducer<br>This fitting is used to connect pipes with a variety of differing sizes. It is manufactured by machining a solid forging.

Forged and fully machined elbow<br>This high precision elbow is machined from a solid forging. Thanks to a precise configuration and a smooth surface a reduction in the resistance to the flow can be achieved compared to existing elbows manufactured by bending or welding.

Screw type mechanical joint<br>This type of joint is developed to connect steel pipe piles for building constructions or civil engineering. An easy connection, without welding, can reduce the construction time and cost.

Turning rings for construction machinery<br>It is manufactured by ring rolling, heat treatment and machining.
